Yes. Every piece passes our multi-step inspection. If an authenticity concern arises, contact us within the return window for a full review.
Are your watches serviced?
We describe service history when known. If a watch would benefit from service, we disclose that and price accordingly.
How do you grade condition?
See the grading scale above (Unworn/NOS, Excellent, Very Good, Good). We pair grades with high-resolution photos and honest notes.
What if an item arrives different from photos?
Contact support immediately with unboxing photos; we will assess and resolve via return, replacement (if available), or refund.
Do you accept trades or consignments?
Yes in select cases. Share clear photos, reference, scope of delivery, and your target value via WhatsApp or email.
